This is the FEPP (“Finance Employment Promotion Program”) Program. Station-S is a not-for-profit initiative based in Sri-City, Andhra Pradesh.

This program is designed to make careers in Finance & Business accessible to aspiring professionals who lack opportunities in developed job markets.

Recent graduates in Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or Tax who have completed their bachelor's degree within the past two years are encouraged to apply.

The primary mission of Station-S is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. Apart from supporting the creation of employment opportunities for the youth, Station-S also supports hundreds of Startup Ventures in building their early-stage technology products, teams, & infrastructure.

Station-S provides various resources and facilities to help new ventures succeed in their startup mission. Human capital is an important element for any company, and Station-S helps these organizations by onboarding and training fresh graduates and helping them become world-class professionals.

All applicants are screened and matched for open requirements, and the suitable ones are shortlisted for the “Qualifier Test.” The information regarding this Qualifier Test will be sent to the registered e-mail address (make sure your email service does not block these emails), and the candidate is expected to follow the instructions provided there to appear for the test. The candidate’s performance in this test will determine if they advance to the final test/interview and selection round. All relevant information will be available on the Station-S website & through the registered e-mail address.

The program will start with an intense 3-month long training module. The entry into this program is based on the score and the rank achieved in the SSET (Station-S Entrance Test). The training is FREE for all selected candidates. The selected candidates will also recive a stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month.

You will join as an on-the-job trainee/intern and participate in a rigorous, project-based training program designed to build a strong foundation for a career in finance & business. Your progress will depend on your commitment, hard work, and the skills you develop along the way, with opportunities to advance to higher levels.

The program offers advanced training options to accelerate your career growth. You can shape your own career path by acquiring additional skills & delivering impactful contributions to the projects you undertake.

Upon joining, you will receive a comprehensive guidebook outlining how to plan your work, training, and career growth opportunities.

You will start with a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- from day one. During the first three months, you are expected to complete the initial training module and qualify for the “internship” role. From this point onward, your progression through Level-1 roles such as “Finance Associate” or “Accounting Analyst” to higher levels will be entirely performance- and contribution-driven.

A detailed structure of the program, including growth opportunities and milestones, will be provided in the guidebook available to you at the start of the program.

All candidates will have access to accommodation on a twin-sharing basis, much like a PG accommodation. The living quarters will be in close proximity to the workplace. Good quality and hygienic food will be made available to all interns. Each candidate is responsible for his or her own charges towards accommodation and food. The stipend provided will be sufficient to pay for these services. Approximate monthly charges for accommodation and food are in the range of Rs. 7,500.

The accommodation will be in close proximity to the workplace and will be within walking distance. Candidates are expected to stay in these quarters only.
