All applicants are screened and matched for open requirements and the suitable ones are shortlisted for the “Qualifier Test”. The information regarding this Qualifier Test will be sent to the registered e-mail address (make sure your email service does not block these emails) and the candidate is expected to follow the instructions provided there to appear for the test. The candidate’s performance in this test will determine if they advance to the final test/interview and selection round. The program will start with an intense 3 month long training module. The entry into this program is based on the score and the rank achieved in the SSET (Station-S Entrance Test). There is a fellowship available for the top performers to cover the cost of the program. However, every selected candidate will receive a stipend. The details of this structure are as follows.

You will join as an on-the-job trainee/intern and will go through a rigorous project based training program designed to help you build a strong foundation for a career in technology. You can keep progressing through subsequent levels based on your commitment, hard work & the skills you develop as you go along. There will be many advanced training options to help expedite your career growth. You can decide your own career path based on your ability in acquiring additional skills and contributing to the projects you are assigned to. Once you join the program, you will receive a complete guidebook on how you can plan your work, training, & options for career growth.

You will be starting with a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- right from day 1. You are expected to complete the first module of the training in the first 3 months and qualify for the “internship” role. From here on, your progress through Level-1 of “Software Development Engineer” to higher levels will entirely depend on your performance and contribution. Complete details of this structure will be available in the guidebook made available to you at the start of the program.

All candidates will have access to accommodation on a twin sharing basis, much like a PG accommodation. The living quarters will be in close proximity to the work place. Good quality and hygienic food will be made available to all interns. Each candidate is responsible for his or her own charges towards accommodation and food. The stipend provided will be sufficient to pay for these services. Approximate monthly charges for accommodation and food are in the range of Rs. 7,500.
